She connected us with talented professionals--- from plumbers to masons to engineers – and in each case we felt that we had been provided with great value for money. She remained intimately involved in the process – contacting the pros herself if she felt like things were moving too slowly or in the wrong direction. Even having a movie crew take over our home while it was being shown did not faze her – she showed it several times when the crew had finished for the day. Her last promise to me was that she would see us through closing. She delivered on that promise, regardless of the last minute road blocks that presented themselves.
