It's important for my move-up buyers to understand it can never be a seller's market the same time it's a buyer's market. You're not going to be able to sell at the height of the market and buy at the bottom of the market at the same time. If you go ahead and sell today at the height of the market you've got to go into a rental so likely all of that extra profit that you made selling in the high Market is going to get sucked away while you're in the rental waiting for the prices to come down. Don't base when you buy on whether the market is high or low.
