This gives you time to get your next home under contract 👊 This is the MOST COMMON solution our sellers use. 2. You might consider building a home from scratch. Most builders will allow you to go under contract, and give you a few months to sell your current home. 3. Got equity in your current home. Use a home equity line of credit on your existing home to buy the next. Then sell your home afterwards. 4. You might qualify for a bridge loan (again depending on how much equity you have in your current home). These have higher fees, so the goal is to pay it off immediately once your home sells. 5. Request an Extended Closing
