If you have a client that loves the farm life this property is going to be ideal for them. Most of the property is fenced in, I would say 80-85%. The fence line is ready for electrical just needs the wire attached to the fence. Two grazing pastures that run near the power line, a training pen that is to the right of the stable and just down the hill. The property was surveyed back in 2020 and I have attached that document.
